I really really wish I had done this earlier. I honestly did not know that the best travel money was so easy to get hold of. You don’t have to lose out so much when you exchange currencies. What I thought was that all providers have the same rates, so it it wouldn’t make a difference where you got it from. Well that is just not the case - if you get it online in advance, you will get a MUCH better rate.
