The untold story of Oz disclosed in Wicked the Broadway Musical
A lot of us have grown up seeing the 1939 motion picture The Wizard of Oz. Now the MGM classic has become reinvented on stage in the Broadway musical Wicked. Wicked the Musical is a untold story about the witches of Oz. Centered on the 1995 novel Wicked: The Life & Times of the Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire, the storyplot develops prior to Dorothy Gale’s arrival to Oz. Wicked tells the story of a couple of unlikely friends whom grow up to turn into the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good Witch of the North.
