There is a three step process that one should follow to apply non clumping mascara properly. The first step is to take out the wand from the bottle with adequate amount of mascara in it. The second step is to apply the mascara from a the base to the tip of the eye lashes. And the last step is to close eyes and ply the mascara again on eyes on top lashes for a perfect look.
